What is ByDialogos?
BYDIALOGOS is a student-led, non-profit organization dedicated to breaking economic barriers in academic simulation programs. Model United Nations (MUN), European Parliament (EP), and Debate simulations are powerful tools for building youth leadership, public speaking, diplomacy, and analytical skills. Yet, high participation fees and geographic concentration often lock out talented students—especially those in rural and under-resourced areas.
Our core goal is simple: to make quality academic conferences free and open to everyone, regardless of what school you go to, where you live, or your family’s economic background. We coordinate a expanding nationwide network across 13 cities in Greece and Cyprus, handling local partnerships, municipal sponsorships, and strategy with strict compliance.
By bringing free, high-quality conferences to regional municipalities as well as major hubs, we foster an inclusive forum where every single youth voice is valued. Whether you are from a rural village or a city center, DIALOGOS is here to welcome you.

Are the conferences really 100% free?
Yes. DIALOGOS covers venue, material, and operational costs through municipal sponsorships and our dedicated volunteer network. There are zero participation fees.
Who can participate?
Our conferences are open to all high school and university students, especially those living in provincial areas or regions that normally don't host academic simulations.
How do I apply for a conference?
Select your city on the map, and fill out the participant registration form when applications open.
Can I join the Core Team?
